Just remember that age is only a number!! Black women are the most beautiful on earth. They have been kindest to me all my life!! Age is just like fine wine it only gets better!! Myself I find older black women much more reliable. I remember I was sitting next to a black woman in her late 40's on a bus and the woman in front of her was telling her how their supervisor was putting all the younger black women in charge and it seemed because of their age since they had nothing more than a high school diploma. The woman in front also in her 40's said that she feels she is just as pretty. At that point I looked at both of them and told them they were both gorgeous women and the supervisor needs his brain in his head and not between his legs. If you want to promote someone you promote the one with the experience on the job they would be much better equipped to handle immediate problems and get the job done!!!
